I LOVED this experience and cant wait for the full game to release! The atmosphere story and scares came together really well for it and i absolutely loved every second of it! If you wanna see my playthrough here it is!
The game as a demo has a lot of elements. It reminds me of night of the consumers for some reason. My only criticisms are that there should be a marker for the objectives, so that it would be easier to find the task. Overall as a demo game it is good.
The game didn't scare me all that much save for one instance. However, it certainly gave me chills due to the atmosphere, so props to ya'll for nailing that. Either way, the game wasn't a bad play. Took me a little over an hour to beat it, and some of the tasks were a bit of a pain to get done, but this is a demo. It's to be expected. Anyway, a great start to a nice indie horror that carries plenty of potential. Hope you guys continue to stay motivated and push to make this game as good as it could be. Cheers!
Hey great game :) There was a lot of content for just a demo. I really liked the manager character and the general gameplay was very interesting. Here's a little video I put together for you If you enjoy watching please consider supporting my channel :P.
I gotta say I love old-styled horror games. I don't know if I was doing something wrong or.. If my game was just broken lol. But uh. Here's my video on it!
Really cool concept for a PS1 game. The Game played out really well i loved the voice acting. The only question i have is what the hell happened to my managers legs????
Honestly, loved what I played. I had lots of fun with the characters in the game and their amazing personalities. The game doesn't take itself too seriously but when it does, it can be terrifying. It has a way of making you feel like there's something always there, watching you. The monster on the main floor makes you feel like you're never alone but doesn't limit the gameplay too much. It doesn't feel unfair that you can't see the monster. The secrets in this game are amazing and scary as well. The sound design is amazing as well. The voice acting from the boss was amazing and I continue to smirk when thinking about his Kermit-like voice. The sounds of the monsters both inside and outside make you feel truly immersed in the game. The hallway after dying also made me feel extremely uneasy mostly due to the echo from each step making it feel much longer than it actually was! I cannot recommend this game enough and I also can't wait for the full version! I also made a video explaining even more about the game and I'd really appreciate it if you would check it out! If you enjoyed my content and want to subscribe that would mean the world, but it's all up to you! Have a great day everyone!
Super cool experience! You've managed to make a unique horror game with it's own charm to differentiate from the rest. I love the relatable scenario as well, that's always a nice touch for me. I really like that you guys had fun with it as well. It's obvious that the game doesn't take itself extremely seriously and that just makes it better. (spoiler past this point) I think I actually did fairly well with finding secrets! One thing that was bothering me was I'm almost certain I know what the other "token" is. It's the head is it not? How are you supposed to get it there when the game ends after getting it? I'd love to know. Either way it's an awesome experience and I appreciate you making it!
Glad you enjoyed it! Yeah, the other token is the head, but at the point when the demo was the released the tokens were still at a very early point in development. Were the demo not to end at that point you could've taken it back to the car park and exchanged it, but don't worry, there wasn't anything in place should you have gotten them both... for now
I can't lie, I bet I would've been pretty upset seeing the tokens not do anything if I did manage to get them both lol! I can't wait to see updates though. Good luck!
I played the game and still didn't find all the secrets. I really enjoyed playing Employee of the Month. The game didn't take itself seriously, but still knew how to scare you. It really was a 'Retail Hell.'
Okay so I was not expecting the one monster that could only be seen through the CCTV cameras, that was a nice touch. Also wasn't expecting the shadow people outside, another nice touch. Really wondering what the heck is wrong with this store! Looking forward to the full game! Good job!

This game was soooo weird and it definitely got me a few times, it was mad fun tho, here is my vid on it and lmk what ya'll think!
Great game, but I had to restart the game twice after the blender room, the screen went to black and then I couldn't do anything
Cool game. However I would have like a bit more of a challenge. Perhaps more consequences for dying or something of the sort.

really liked the idea of the game and the "monster" if you can call it that scared the crap out of me so nice work man!

I love horror games with pixelated graphics. Somehow are spookier than realistic graphics sometimes. great job!!!
